As always, I adored Gin & Co. as she tries to adjust (albeit unsuccessfully) to retirement from her career as badarse assassin...Would've been 5 stars except for the massive info-dump that kept happening throughout the story. While new readers to the series will GREATLY appreciate the reiteration of the backstory, as an avid fan of the series, I often found myself skimming through those parts.
LOVED the small insight into Sophia's background (I'm dying to know more), and I've adored dear Owen since he first strode into Gin's life in the early parts of the last book.
Solid 4 Stars (and I can't WAIT until the next one!)
